COMPASS-Hub research study is completed – September 2021
We teamed up with Kidney Care UK, Crohn’s & Colitis UK, Psoriasis Association, MS Society and Shift.ms to conduct a randomised controlled trial to evaluate the benefits of COMPASS for people with kidney disease, IBD, psoriasis and MS.
Eligible participants received either charity support or COMPASS for a period of 10 weeks and completed questionnaires and interviews with the research team to give feedback and allow the team to evaluate their progress.
Data analyses is underway and findings will be submitted for publication in peer-reviewed journals.

During a pandemic, how can we try and keep ourselves mentally and physically well? This is the question the Division of Psychology at the IoPPN answered in a series of talks at the virtual event ‘Maintaining health and well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic’ on 2nd April 2020.
Below, is a link with the video recordings of all of the talks.
