COMPASS-Hub research study is launched – November 2020
We have teamed up with Kidney Care UK, Crohn’s & Colitis UK, Psoriasis Association, MS Society and Shift.ms to conduct a randomised controlled trial to evaluate the benefits of COMPASS for people with kidney disease, IBD, psoriasis and MS.
Eligible participants will either receive charity support or COMPASS for a period of 10 weeks and complete questionnaires and interviews with the research team to give feedback and allow the team to evaluate their progress.

During a pandemic, how can we try and keep ourselves mentally and physically well? This is the question the Division of Psychology at the IoPPN answered in a series of talks at the virtual event ‘Maintaining health and well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic’ on 2nd April 2020.
Below, is a link with the video recordings of all of the talks.
